Got Questions? We have answers! Here is a look at some of our most frequently asked questions:

"How can I book my date?'
-We are thrilled you want to book with us! In order to reserve your date we have a formal contract that you must sign and we require a 50% deposit of total services. Before you sign the contract you will need to know exactly what services you will be needing for your big day!

"How far in advance should I book my date?"
- This is a loaded question. We have people who book their date up to two years in advance and others who book 6 months from their date. Rule of thumb for any vendor is the sooner you can book the better that way you are guaranteed your first choice. 

"Will you stay around for touch ups?"
- We are completely confident that your look will hold through out the night but we are able to stay for an hourly rate. We also have the option of purchasing a touch up kit to keep with you after we leave.

"What's the difference between the airbrush make up and the traditional make up packages?"
-With our airbrush packages, we include the foundation. Airbrush foundation is great for any wedding venue because it is water resistant and has an all day wear meaning you won't have to worry about it coming off. With our traditional packages, we only apply the foundation that you supply us with. This can also be beneficial to a bride who already loves what she is currently using or for someone who wants light coverage. 

"What's the advantage of using airbrush make up?"
-Airbrush foundation gives a smooth flawless finish and is great to wear in any weather! Because it is water resistant, you won't have to worry about any tear streaks! It also has buildable coverage!

"Are trial runs included in the packages?"
While we prefer that our brides get trial runs for many beneficial reasons, we do not include trial runs with our packages A trial run is required for our Brides and is a great opportunity to have your hair perfect for same day bridal portraits. We have found that Brides that book a trial run before their wedding are far more relaxed on their wedding day. We typically suggest you book your trial run for a date within the month of your wedding. If you decide you want to use this as an opportunity to do bridal portraits as well, we will need several months notice. We offer trial runs Monday-Friday.

"Do you have a travel fee for on location services?"
-Yes, we do have a travel fee. We charge $0.50 per mile round trip too and from the location.

"Will you come on site for our wedding day/trial run?"
-We want to make things easy for you so we will be more than happy to come to your location for your special day! Trial runs are typically done at the location of the stylist but in certain circumstance we can also come on location for a travel fee.

"Is there a minimum amount of services your require?"
-For Saturday Weddings, we require that you at least have five services. This can be fulfilled by using both hair and make up services. Trial runs, travel fees, and lashes do not count as a service.

"Will you have a team with you?"
-For smaller bridal parties, we sometimes feel comfortable enough to just have our head stylist come on site. However, in most cases we will have at least two people completing services.

"What kind of products do you use?"
-We use only the highest quality products on our clients. Our kits are complete with all prestige name brand products including: Urban Decay, Mac, Lancôme, Clinique, Tarte, Nars, Bare Minerals, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Estee Lauder, etc.

"Can I book you for other services I may need during my engagement?"
-Absolutely. We offer hair and make up services to our Bride's all through engagement process.  We would love to help you feel your best with  your engagement photos, showers, bridal portraits, and we have even helped get people ready for their bachelorette parties!
